Dr. Sabrina Noël
Dr. Noël pursued Osteopathic medical training for its holistic approach to healthcare and she has achieved Integrative Psychiatry certification.
This training emphasizes identifying root causes of problems and treating the whole person, considering all aspects of their lifestyle to optimize well being. Additionally, using the integrative care approach can support patients with limited options or those who might object to standard medication use. While medications are still needed in most cases, they are used judiciously.
Dr. Noël will listen to your story and experience. She will work with you to find new avenues to explore in your care to help you feel your best.
Whether your concern is anxiety, depression, insomnia or any other symptom related to your mental health.

Dr. Noël listens attentively to your story and your symptoms to put together a clinical picture that is accurate and helps guide treatment. She is happy to answer any questions that you have along the way and very much encourages your active participation.

Perimenopause/Menopause Care
Women require special attention during their transitional times and the current medical approach is falling short. If you want an advocate on your side and someone who understands the unique needs on women during this time, Dr. Noël can help. Over the years, she has honed her skills to be particularly sensitive to women's needs and challenges, putting them at the forefront and helping patients get the early intervention they need.
There are many perimenopausal symptoms that masquerade as psychiatric symptoms. It is important to work worth a psychiatrist that understands this and can provide appropriate treatment and support or refer to someone that can.
LGBTQ+
Dr. Noël is LGBTQ+ friendly and welcomes people of all sexual orientations in her practice. While she is not trained in transgender care specifically, she can support a patient that needs a mental health specialist on their team.
Integrative Care
Dr. Noël uses lifestyle modifications (including nutrition, movement and exercise), meditation, spirituality, in addition to supplements and medications to enhance treatment outcomes and overall wellness.
Combining therapies for a synergistic effect is more effective than any single therapy alone.
Services
My goal is to provide strategies to help you navigate and conquer challenges like anxiety, depression, and emotional disregulation. My approach is focused on delivering compassionate, evidence-based care that supports your journey toward a healthier and more balanced life.

Psychiatric Evaluation
Dr. Noël is a Psychiatric Physician (DO) with expertise in accurate diagnosis and treatment. We start by identifying the diagnosis and then work together to build your treatment plan.
Some people feel intimidated by this process and that is understandable! Sharing your story with another person can be extremely difficult. Dr. Noël is here to guide you through the process using her years of experience and various approaches.

Medication Management
Medication management happens after the initial psychiatric evaluation and you and Dr. Noël have decided what the core issues are that you are working on.
She will advocate for lifestyle modifications and pharmaceutical grade supplements but she also recognizes that importance of standard pharmaceuticals and uses them when necessary based on patient needs and preferences.
Initially appointments may need to be closer together, every 2 weeks or once a month. Over time, they will become more spaced out.

Therapy Services
Most therapy services are integrated into the medication management care. Stand alone therapy services are also possible.
Dr. Noël offers a variety of modalities including: psychodynamic psychotherapy, motivational interviewing and cognitive behavioral therapy. Dr. Noël also really enjoys working with patients who already have a therapist they are seeing regularly---in this case, she does integrative psychiatry and medication management for those patients and will collaborate care with their therapist of choice if desired.
